I don't think you can, that's why there isn't one there in the first place, on some of the lowriders.

I suppose you could try moving the right analogue stick up and down (like for things like the dumpster and forklift truck, etc.)

As far as I know you can not lower the soft top of a car, if so it has to be a button combination.
