No, you cannot. The only locations that were programmed into this game are San Andreas and a VERY small part of Liberty City. Vice City doesn't exist in this game.

Yes you can fly to vice city on sanandreas but I don't no if you can fly there on psp or pc or ps2 and it takes six hours to fly there

Not possible. It wont happen. You'll fly forever. If you see anyone on Youtube with it then it's a mod.

Hey guys I have gta San Andreas on pc and I flew to vice city which I took a video it is not a mod but as I went to vice city there was no body even if you die you will go back to where you came from.

Ye but you need 6 hours real life free time. Fly south east of san andreas and keep going for 6 hours. Youll realise you're on top of escobar airport. Ur welcome.

Oh yes, you can, but it's very very difficult. I did it myself and it's not so much good. First download iron man flight mod for gta san andreas to increase your flying speed (Jetpacks are too slow) Then download gta united map mod from the official website.Install both mods using imgtool for iron man flight and mod installer for united map.Finally, Fly from the south-east of Los Santos or whatever it is. Keep flying for about 4hours. Then you'll find the background and bit dull. Land. You'll fall for some time and land on Escobar airport. Select united map option again and you'll see it's turned into vice city map!

Its not possible to go to vice city from san andreas the videos on youtube are lie videos they fly a flight from san andreas and takes a video and then pause it and start gta vice city and land the same aircraft in vice city airport which was in san andreas
