Ok its simple,win the 8 track in Los Santos

OK, on your map go to the bottom of your screen then when you see the beach go up a little and the first 4-lane bridge go across it and pause the game then go to your map and the road circles their should be a little trailer park and it the monster is nat there drive to the back and drive a while and turn and it should be there glad to help.

You can only get in them shops on the other two islands in Las Ventras there are some shops in the very top right hand corner.

You can go to Toreno's place in the desert and you will find the monster.

The monster is a monster truck.
