I would buy clothes anywhere but Binco, unless you don't have much money. If you don't have a lot of money and still want to buy good clothes get green ones cause they gain you respect. In San Fierro the best places are Zip, Victim, Pro-laps, and Sub-urban, I would put them in that order from best to least. The best clothes that you can buy in the game are at Dedier Sachs which is in Los santos.
