There are three vans, one for each Island. The one for Los Santos is across the street from your girlfreind Densie. The buildings look alike-project houses. The van is at the far one down on the left.

You know the gym in Los Santos? Go across there and you see blue flats, it's in between them with a wasying line above it.

First go to the gym near Grove Street in Los Santos. There should be some apartments across the street that are blue. In between them should be the Boxville van you're looking for.
