BEST ANSWER: use a cheat before you start the plane "slowitdown" twice. It will slow the game which helps you to control your plane and the main thing is "IT SLOW DOWNS THE TIMER" also.

There's a mod for skipping missions in this site http://zazmahall.de. It's great, easy to use and allows you to skip EVERY mission (including sub-missions). The down-side...as it replaces the main and script files, you'll have to start a new game. Ah, and it includes a mod at Otto's Autos in SF for you to view any cars in the game.

I am unable to do the OG loc mission in which a car appears and we have to go to the beach and take over the DJ by dancing

Stuck in OG Loc's dancing mission too... No matter what I do, my PC seems to slow down so it won't let me press any keys in time... Even tried with the "slowitdown" cheat but as soon as the music starts it speeds up again... Maybe a macro would do but I don't know... Good luck to y'all

LOL I've made Flying mission with 100% in my second try without any cheat.

There are no cheats, cheats only come if needed not much fr example the money cheat, simple, short much people don't have a problem with it.. But the gta sa makers made it harder because if you skip I 1 by 1 theres o point playing it thats why they BLOCKED it.

Seeing as this is one of the more popular questions, I might as well give it a go. There are no ways to skip missions in this game without altering your saved game data. You have to complete every mission on your own. If you can't, you can go to Google and search for a fully completed saved game file. It comes with risk of viruses, but if you really want to, you can try it.

Well you can't skip that mission in the game, not even any other mission. But........ There is an ULTIMATE SOLUTION. You won't need to turn your car into scrap by tiring it's wheels. You just have to sit in the car with that slim girl, and see what happens.
Download GTA SA Crazy Trainer. You can download it by going to google and searching it. It is a zip file that contains all the cheats for the game. You can add anything in the game. Just download it and follow these steps:
1) Download GTA SA Crazy Trainer.
2) Open zip file and copy the GTA SA folder to the GTA SA Game folder where the actual game is (won't work anywhere else.
3) Open GTA SA Crazy Trainer.
4) Go to Info, scroll down (out of so many options) to the heading "Missions, Submissions". There you will find different cheats related to the missions.
5) Go to option: Add 1000 Points on Lowrider Challenge. Here you will also see a shortcut next to this option: TAB + K (by default).
6) Click that shortcut option to mark it Tick (if unchecked). With this, you can add as many points as you can. You can now use that shortcut in the game. But one more step.
7) Start that mission. Go to the red marker and after making the deal, start the challenge. But just use the shortcut for extra points, and you will see your points increasing by 1000.
Your opponent won't be able to make more than 1200 points, but you can add 120000000........ Points.
One extra funny step: Just sit in the car, hit TAB + K and enjoy your dance with that chick. GOOD LUCK.
