After you get the key card from Millie?
I got the key card from Millie and I read online that Wu Zi is going to call. Well it has been to days I still haven't gotten a phone call. Do I have to complete The N.O.E mission first?

Yes, I think you have to finish all the airport missions.
You crtainly have to do NOE.

Go to the green dragons cosino and go to the money sign! Then you do the mission! (breaking the bank at caligules)

I'm having the same problem, and can't do anything else, I did all the missions, got the card and nothing has happened, I'm really ticked at this point I'm doing practically everything to find out what's going on.

I am also having the same problem as you guys. After I stole the keycard, Woozie still didn't call. I had done all the missions, except the airplane mission. Do I have to restart the whole game just because of that mission?

what i did was dat after doing the mission 'cop wheels' i dint do other missions until av gotten the keycard from millie,then woozie called back for the mission.
bt d game was programed in a way that if u dint collect the keycard on time,the mission will automatically.
