Yes you can,
Requirements:
-2 or more PSPs
-Enough Grand theft auto: LIberty City Stories UMD (game discs)
-PSPs must be nearby at least 5 meters close
-Both must be in Multiplayer Section EXCEPT 1 person iscreating a game while the other is joinning
THEN START THE GAME

I think in one of them you go to a place with a red circle and then mark it on the map and then use the left stick to change what person you are
I really want to know how to play multiplayer please it's the only thing I wish and how to change the character I would like to be a swat ofiecer
All you have to do is put in the (who r you) cheat if you don't know ot here Right, Down, Left, Up, L1, L2, Up, Left, Down, Right and you do it untill you found the person you wont to be and there you go
