Yes you can,
Requirements:
-2 or more PSPs
-Enough Grand theft auto: LIberty City Stories UMD (game discs)
-PSPs must be nearby at least 5 meters close
-Both must be in Multiplayer Section EXCEPT 1 person iscreating a game while the other is joinning
THEN START THE GAME
