Does anyone know where to find a trashmaster and a Mr.Whoppie?

Trashmasters ARE on GTA3!!!

You can find them on firefighter missions. You just keep doing the firefighter mission until you put out one of the cars you need, then you steal it.

Or if you don't want to do that you can find Mr Whoopees in Cedar Grove the most but not often.

You can find trashmasters early in the morning, about 2:00 until 7:00 but I'm not sure what area.

Look at that time in the callahan bridge area near china town in portland.

Trashmaster: Very common in the area outside the Staunton Island Hospital (Fort Staunton/Liberty Campus/Aspatria area). If you ever get wasted on Staunton, head up the stairs from the hospital and have a look around the first street you see. They come around every so often.

Mr. Whoopie: Rare, but Portland is your best bet. They're usually found driving around obscure places, so watch the road next to the dock used by the "I Scream, you scream" mission, the road beneath the EL that heads for the tunnel, and also check out the road from which the Callahan point dock branches out.
