Question for God of War

I'm in Pandora's temple in the room with the flying harpies and the guys with the golden shields. I know how to beat them but after I beat them the floor still drops. What am I supposed to do to get past this part?

If I'm thinking of the same room your talking about, you hav to kill everything in the room before the time limit runs out. I hope thats the right room you were talking about. If it's the same room I'm thinking about, there should be a couple of those screaming ladies that you had to kill in the desert.

I'm not %100 positive that I'm thinking of the right room. But I can't think of any other floor-drop rooms. Once you've killed everything, a forcefield in the back of the room should disappear. Walk to the back and and take the item that the field was protecting (a necklace, if I'm not mistaken). Then the door will open and the floor won't collapse.

You may have figured this one out already, but I just got past this part today after being stuck there for a couple of days. Finally!.. You need to act quick, and take care of the guys with the shields asap. What worked for me was using the combo square (3x), triangle (1x) to disarm the shields, making it easier to kill them. I hope this helps, and good luck.

You have to beat ALL the monsters in the room including the archers personally I kinda cheated by using the army of hades to kill some of them but beat all the monsters in the room in the given time and the floor wont drop and you can get the item because the fire wall goes away

You have to go to the place with the crank in that room. When you retrieve the crank piece the floors close back.
