Just keep on fighting all the skelatons until they are all dead.I know it might take time but you'll get through it.

I only had trouble with this on god mode. I suggest using Poseidon's Rage (hopefully its upgraded), then get out Artemis Blade. When using it, double jump and then hit triangle to blow a bunch of them out of the way. It seems like they keep coming, but eventually you'll get them. Blades of Chaos are just too slow for the amount of enemies.
