How do you stay on the beams to stay away from the blades? What is the easiest way to jump on the spinning beam to get to the ladder? Any help will do, thank you

Hi, I was hoping someone else may know right were you are at. So I'm going to try and hit both. If your talking about the place you walk the beams and there's like ceiling fan blades you need to jump, The best thing I found was let go of L3 when you jump. Now if your talking the spinning logs with blades, Wait till the log stops spinning and then jump on, wait till the log starts going and double jump all the way to the end.
