You have to keep attacking him untill you break off pieces of his armour, when his dazed run up the steps behind you and pull the lever to shoot a stake at him, keep doing this untill it kills him

Hi, I used Blade of Artemis on the boss Minotaur's left foot and throw in some Poseidon's Rage, And like was said keep battling him till you get a prompt to climb up, Now comes the hard part, Using R3 match the prompts you get, if it starts at the bottom and goes left to the top you do it, it takes awhile, but then you'll stun him when you slam his head into the floor, then run to the steps and go pull the lever.. And repeat till you kill him. Goodluck ^_^

Same just stun him and pull the lever up stairs. And someone know how to kill him quickly?
