Ive got all the imperia badges but when I try to leave imperia to go to nordagh usus says weve got all the minimum requirements to leave imperia but I think we should stay and continue training what do id do to get to nordagh I've tried beating alll available leagues and nothing changes HELP PLEASE !!!!

What he means is that you need to have higher level enemies to continue (if you use the lower level cheat don't use it, it makes the game do this till you raise the levels back up to 4 or so)
