How do you complete the level when you have to kill General Tatarin?

I am not sure if you want the entire walkthrough. I presume you have problem getting close to his resident because of that heavy armor (bullet proof) soldier.

Actually you should bring your sniper rifle to the tall tower. There are two towers, go the the one close to the General's resident. There is a ladder you can climb up to.

You must go to the very high sniper tower near the water's edge along the straight land, use the sniper rifle and shoot tatian at his little home on his balcony.

You get a sniper rifle then climb the tower near the house where Tatarin is.

When you shoot and kill him, climb down quickly, and jump into the water that is near you.

Swim back to your boat and try not to get shot by the helicopter.

I ran over to the building he stays in and chucked a grenade inside.

There are two ways to do this mission firstly go to the tower and snipe him out or go near his house and throw a grenade both will do good.

you have to go to the towers and get the sniper and shoot him in the head maybe 2 times when you did that it will give you charisma and get down with the ladder but watch out don't fall and becareful with the helicopter
