Date of Question: Mar 22 2007 | Question ID: 80182 I am on the level where you have to Beat Arachne,(on the way to getting the second jar of flies)and I can't figure out how to do this. I have played this level over and over and can't get past it. The spider has Gold bands around her life gems, how do you break these? How do you get past this level? I know how frustrating this level is, no matter what you do, the spider's life just doesn't go at all!! Grr!!
Anyway, have a look around and you will see little 'cups' holding white seed-like objects..... Take the seeds out by standing near, and pressing the circle (interact) button. Roddy will automatically throw what is actually the spider eggs toward Arachne, who will catch them, and be vulnerable to attack.. Do this and she loses her life pdq!!

You have to find the eggs in the bowl than fling them and she will grab it and than she will find a place to put it quickly hit her then she is doing it keep doing tht until you kill her.
