You won't be able to defeat the Demon Walls until around level 20. Train your characters you a bit and fight them again.

((sorry, been answering other questions...))
OK, lvl up all of your characters to lvl 18 or 19, AT LEAST! The 1st Demon Wall is lvl 22, or so, and the second one is lvl 19 or 20.

The First Demon Wall you encounter is completely optional and you can run from it to the other room where the next Demon Wall is... As the 1st one is way too challenging for your characters at the moment, so skip it right now. Now for the strategy...

If you have your tank keep whacking away at this, you will have you will have him/her (like Basch or Balthier, more likely Vossler) get badly injured or dead, and your mage will get silenced or sleeped by the wall. In this sense, have 1 tank, including Vossler, 1 mage, and one support (item and buffs) character, for this will keep the tanks alive and the mage busy with the healing. By attacking this Wall you should get him down halfway, and this is where it gets even more complicating... He will spam doom, (not really something you should worry about) and silencega/sleepga/blindga (this is where your mage comes in!), which definately will not be a problem for Vossler, but will be for everyone else, as everyone should at least have cure and blindna.

When your mage is silenced, have him/her use an echo herb, and take blind off of your tanks. Then they can take down the wall easily.

On a side note... When the Demon Wall has onlt 1/3 of it's life left, it WILL use Telega, which will always hit a character, and it never misses. When this happens, there is nothing you can do to stop it until you reach the other room, so swich out the character for another TANK, even if you mage dies. (this will end the battle more quickly!) Once tis is done and over, level up in this place until each character is level 21, no less. Then, try and see if you can get the other Demon wall. If you defeat this, a secret room will open, where you can get a Demonsbane or a holy mote (if you don't get the Demonsbane, go back outside of the tomb without going down the stairs, this will take down to Leviathan if you do. Go Back to the secret room and open the chest again, this should have the Demonsbane, and get as many as you like, as this weapon is considered an ultimate weapon at this level for you characters!

Whew! Now that THAT is over, Finish the Tomb part of the story and go onto Leviathan, level up at leat twice, and finish this part of the story. Thgen, go back to the Sandsea where the Wyvern Lord is. (anyways, Vosslers Telekinesis is for attacking Flying monsters, it does ranged damage with melee weapons, which is very useful in upcomming events) Make sure you have BLIND and IMMOBILIZE!!! These will get you a good start on kicking the Wyvern Lords butt. Also, make sure you have ranged weapons, preferably guns, as they ignore defense completly, and shoot the Wyvern snot out of him! Oh, and make sure you kill everything around him first, like Bagoldies, as they will make your life a living hell if you don't kill them...
((sorry this was sooo long... :( ))
Hope this truely helps on your killing spree Smile Good Luck!

You wont be able to beat the Demon walls at youyr level trust me. If you wnat to beat htem that badly leave adn train in the Nam-Yensa Sandsea until you're main characters are about level 20 (No Lower). Getting the level uo will also help you defeat the Esper named Belias. If you don't feel like training then just run from the Demon Walls. Hope This Helps

Really it's not that hard. I just used my quickenings and got about 10 hits with my first 3 people, then brought out another person and got another 10 and that should do it... You have to be pretty good at using the quickenings to get 10 hits each time though... Hope it helped!

foosha answered:

The first wall is optional however the 2nd is not. To beat the second bring in you 3 worst team members and the demon wall will banis 1 to the Xzone so you can't use them for the rest of the fight. Then bring in your good people and have them examine the torches, if the go out the demon wall stops. Then just beat away at it. Only use quickenings if it's about to crush you. I beat it at a lower level then you (think 12). Telekinisis turns melee weapons into ranged ones so that you can hurt flying creatures or attack from a distance.

Ashe9 answered:

Level up more your characters, and then use reflect on all characters use aero (each character should do aero on him) and then the DW should die because he is weak to wind

Hope this help
