Your only choice is to hold the flee button (R2) and run out of there as fast as you can.

Larsa will heal your characters with high potions when their helth drops below 50% and he takes these from his own unlimited supply. If you characters health drops below 10% he will use an X-Potion (again from his own supply). Since you will be near a save crystal just before the boss I recommend battling monsters in the areas just before the save crystal to help you level up a bit, (you will also obtain more loot this way to sell and get more petions). Have at least one character with their top Gambit set to ally HP < 70% Cure should help too. Also when you do get to the boss cast protect on all your party members (if you ahve it) as his attacks are mainly physical and belias is a great asset her as his hellfire will do amazing damage. When the bosses health drops to areound 10% unleash a quickening on him if you are able to get a good chin and get the cataclysm concurrence you should easily dispose of him. Hope this helps.
