Question for Final Fantasy XII

I have quite a few Q's prepared.

I'm around the doctor Cid part. Not quite there yet... I'm soon going to enter that Sochen cave or whatever. Are my levels any good? The storyline has been fairly easy for me. My main charaters are Vaan, Fran, & Baltheir. Can someone tell me good exp. Tips?

Vaan 30
Baltheir 29
Fran 29

Uh I'm not sure if my license board is normal... I've heard the blood sword was 30000 lp, but mine was 30 lp for all characters. I completed the whole boards for everybody. It was long, annoying, & dreadful (but everytime I got new equipment, I didn't want to go back over & over again.)

Can I get some really powerful weapons now? Or armor? Or accessories? Or ANYTHING? Can someone tell me the rarest items I can get now? Or if I need to advance a bit, can you tell me those?

Lastly, can someone tell me how to get the embroidered tippet since it doubles exp.

Thanks for your time, whoever is going to answer, answering my long questions.

After I fought cid I was level 45, I immediately equipped Fireflys on all my characters to prevent them from gaining any more EXP. I did this becuase the game was getting way to easy. I suggest you do the same thing soon. I wish I would have done it around at least level 40. The rest of the game was still easy with my characters at level 45. So Goto the Phon Coast and buy 6 Fireflys. One for each Character. Equip them on your characters when they reach at least level 40, but no later then level 45. This way the Game will be challenging. Otherwise, you will be able to defeat every boss for the rest of the game (storywise) with little or no effort at all.

Your License Board is Normal, Nothing on the license Board is 30000LP nothing comes close to that ridiculous number you threw out there.

If you want Rare items, Complete some hunts. Sell your loot, Take on some side quest. I suggest doing some hunts, then complete the story, then take on the sidequests, and then complete the hunts.

You can buy the Embroided Tippet at merchants shops, I think you can get it on the Phon Coast as well. I suggest not using these untill after you complete the story, unless you are underleveled right now, just don't forget, equipp Fireflys at around level 40-45. That is if you want the rest of the game (story wise) to be challenging.

1) Yes, your levels are fine. But once you reach the Mandragora's you might wanna level to around 33.

2) If the Blood Sword was 30,000 lp, no one would bother trying to get it! It's only supposed to be 30 lp.

3) The best equipment for your level will be found in Archades, which is right after the Sochen Cave Palace.

4) The Emboridered Tippet in somewhat beyond Archades. Not too far off.

You can also get embroidled tippets from those Courels (cat-things in the Tchita Uplands) as a rare-drop item... (I got 3 of them after killing 45 or so, which is 1/15 of the time, and I DID NOT have the Grimmoire for Beasts)
(if you alredy have that Grimmoire, you probably won't get the tippets because it will interfear with other rare-drop items form the Courel, meaning instead of getting the tippet, you'll get a prime pelt, or something.)

Hope this helps.

If you haven't wasted the gill yet go to tchita uplands, equip one character with the thief cuffs and chain the leopard things have the character with the thief cuff steal constantly from them and you'll score some embroided tippets. Have you beat the first demonwall in tomb raithwall to get the demonsbane, and why don't you spawn the deathbringer in the mines that's a good weapon to have an don't forget the zodiacspear in the necrohol of nabudis
