How do I find the hunt carrot in the salika wood? Every time I go to the part where you supposed to find it I never can! Is there a way to do this properly, Can anyone help?

She warns you that Carrot runs everytime a beast is slain. This means that you must NOT fight ANYONE whilst in Salika Wood. You have to run from all enemies to have Carrot appear.

Carrot is in the Sun-Drappled Path, I found it easiest to turn my gambits off and just run to the area.
