I don't know how to get in there, it's been 2 days but i still can't find the way

It's near the Paramina Rift. Once you exit Mt. Bur-Omisace, travel down and you will eventually find it. Note that there's a path which won't take you there, but you should still find the correct one in less than 15 minutes.
Once you're inside, remember to touch the Teleporters with the Dawn Shard equipped, otherwise they won't work. Oh, and another tip: make sure the statues face the center of the shrine. You'll know what I mean once you get there. (:

The first thing you should do is to find the map of Paramina Rift. It is on the middle of the map (where there is a save point and an anchor for your airship). Once you get it, the way to Stilshrine of Miriam is on the far end of the map.
