I need help about my carrot problem.. At this point I know where to find him.. The problem is it's not there.. I have read some walkthroughs it said I need to kill some monster around the salika woods I killed every single monster in the woods but it don't show up..

You can't kill ANYONE in the salikawood. Your strategy guide is messed up or you just misread it. You go in the salikwood and run like crazy until you get there. Be sure to kill no one
It's the other way around. Carrot will only appear it the sun dapled path area of the salikawood if you do not attack any enemies on your way there. The easiest thing to do is teleport to the Salikawoods and go to the sun dapled path from there.
