I have so far defeated all the rare monsters in the game save for one which I cannot get to appear. Victanir will not appear at all when I move around the area, I've even defeated all of the utran-yensa's, axe-beak's, bagolies, and the flying wyvern, he just won't come up! This is my last rare enemy and I usually don't ask for help but it's driving me up the wall! Somebody experienced please answer
