I'm aware that's where you get Excalibur but I can't seem to find it anywhere.
However,there's still a door that I haven't opened right on the start.
I've opened all those mechanisms except for the first one I found and It says something like ( Only my master's chosen one can open me or something alike)
What am I supposed to do? I tried using Ashe with the Dawn shard since that was the only connection I found but It didn't work.

The Excalibur is really difficut to find since there is no map. I will try and tell you how to get there. The first area you start in the great crystal is next to waystone VIII. Take the left path to get to waystone IX, this will take you to waystone x there is only one path to take in this area which leads to waystone xx. There are a number of differant paths to take in this area you will need to take the left path which will take you to waystone XII. Using waystone XII will take you to waystone XIV. After you get to waystone XIV take the left path to the next area, there will only be one path to take here. The next area will have a path to the right to get to the next platform. This platform has two path the treasure where you will find the Excalibur will be on the right. There are actually two treasures here after you get the first treasure if you press x again you will get a hidden treasure this could be the Excalibur or a Sage Ring. If you don't get the Excalibur on the first go then go back 3 areas and the treasure will re-spawn. That door you were talking about at the start of the crystal can only be opened after you obtain the Treaty Blade.

Yeah, about that door, you cannot go in it until later on in the game, so forget about it now. Excalibur is somewhere on the lower levels of the great crystal I think, somewhere you cannot get to right now, so don't worry about it right now, okay? I would suggest using a strategy guide, or walkthrough so you can proceed through the great crystal, though the path is pretty straight forward, you can get confused. Good luck.
