Question for Final Fantasy X

I need to know how to defeat the Octopus-like metal creature underwater after they kidnap Yuna off the boat. They make my 2 weakest guys go to save her & after a couple rounds of him dropping bombs I'm dead! HELP!!!

Well, uve pretty much answered ure own question. You already know ure chatacters are too weak, and tidus and wakka are probly two of the most useful in the game. You need to level up with these two inpaticular. After that, a basic strategy on this boss is to have one member attack and the other to heal. (potions will do at this point)if ever you know ure going to be attacked and it will risk you losing the game if you don't heal, keep one characters turn aside to heal insteal of attacking, and then to attack whenever you have the oppourtunity and your characters health is up. If availible cast haste to give ure self a bit of breathing space, and remember electrical weapons are potent against machine type enemies. Good luck

Make shure you use your sphere grid thats what helped me win and it can help you out a lotand a little bit after you beat it you get rikku

Get many potions around 20 if you don't have haste then let the stronger character attacks and the other keeps healing until you have beat it and if you have thunder attacks,weapons or magic use/cast them to kill it.

Alright all you got to do is equip tidas and wakka with lightningstrike and tidas and wakkas overdrive full tidas will take away almost 2000 and wakka will take 900 if thunder
