Can you please tell me how to beat Jecht. I have not done any cheats, except..

If you're having difficulty defeating Jecht then your characters might not be strong enough so you should do a little training. Your Aeons should help you a lot during the fight too. The Remiem Temple is located in the Calm Lands. To get there get a chocobo and go to where the exit to Macalania is from the Calm Lands and on the right side you will see a chocobo feather which you can use to jump down to the area below, you can get the Remiem Temple from there.

To defeat jecht aka sin all you have to do is stay back and use waka yuna and lulu. Never take out a waka from ballte yuna must know holy. Everybody and the aeons must be iin overdrive. After defeting both arms use aurun main chariter and waka. Only swith out waka with yuna for heath only

Well it would help if lulu had double cast,if not her then yuna.

Basically you want the party of tidus,yuna,and auron.switch every now and then to hit the boss with everyone else's overdrive but try and keep those 3 in the majority of the match.remember tidus can make jecht's overdrive go all the way down 2 so use that as a lifeline. keep hastega on throughout and have yuna cast holy if you have it,if not then any black magic spell. As far as auron goes just keep hammering and make sure his hp is almost always full.before you finish him off the first time make sure everyone is healed because he does a super attack from the very beginning of the second fight which could eliminate your entire party.continue the same thing until the final 25k hp then grand summon bahamaut and finish him off

First, get EVERYONE includiing the aeons on their overdrive. When you are about to fight jecht, equip the strongest items. If you use the aeons, his first form will be gone in no time, the magus sisters REALLY help because they do about 15000 and the red ones attack does like 9000.

You need to take out Jecht's first form with just your party. SAVE YOUR AEONS. If they are not strong enough to take him out, train them up a little bit (have at least 1 guy that can hit 9999 or over) and teach double cast to Lulu and or Yuna. Although if you teach it to Yuna you have to make sure to teach her holy. Then have your Tidus use Hastega, then have your heavy hitters and double speller take out his first form.

For Jecht's final form I used my Aeons for. (helps if you have all the extras.) Use their overdrives that should take away most of his health which then you can use your party to take out what's left of him.
