Where do I Get The Aeon's Soul Item And Where Do I Get It From?,
And is There Any Way To Get Break HP/Damage Limit Early In The Game?

MY ANSWER TO VAAN1234
Before you go to the travel agency there are objects blocking a path, ride a chocobo to the path and the objects will disappear stay on the chocobo or else the objects will reappear. If you have captured all the fiends at mt. Gagazet you should have gotten an item from the lady at the arena, after this task go through path that you could omly get to by chocobo and go inside the temple to find belgemine, defeat her all her aeons valefor through anima to get an item from her known as the flower scepter and use the blossom crown and flower scepter to open the back door to obtain the aeons and defeat belgemines version of the magus sisters to get the item you seek.

This guy who answered first isn't very smart. You go to the Calm Lands and after you talk to Father Zuke at the first save point go southwest and fight Belgemine. You pretty much just need to blast her with Bahamut's overdrive and you win. When you win you get 30 power spheres and the Aeon's Soul. On the other question, I don't think so but if I were you I'd look into it more.

If you miss the Aeon's soul the first time around, you can always get it later at the Remiem Temple. Check the Wiki if you don't know how to get there.
