When you're fighting the boss on top of Sin cast Protect, Shell and Haste on all your character and start by attacking to break it's shell this boss just like the one in Kilika is weak against fire so just keep casting Firaga and attacking with physical attacks and you will beat it easily then you will be able to attack the core. The core has very high defense so either use weapons that have piercing on them or use magic to beat it just like the cores on Sin's arms. If it uses Gravija heal straight away as this attack takes down 3/4 of all your characters HP. After you go inside Sin you just need to fight the last few bosses but I suggest that you do the sidequests first if you have only gotten past Zanarkand there is still a lot of extra sidequests you can do which are definately worth it such as getting Anima and the Magus Sisters, the Celestial Weapons, the monster arena and other areas with optional bosses such as the Omega Ruins there is still a lot left to do in the game and this will also make it easier when you fight the last bosses inside Sin.
