As far as I know you can only do this in career mode(the play now is random) but when you've accepted a match in your schedhule(sp?) hit the fight prep.
Button and chose your Trainer/manager, Cutman, Entrance music, Entrance effects, and entourage(which sounds promising but only consists of one ringside girl I was expecting 30 men security team parting the crowds for your entrance) when you max out these variables it costs roughly $35,000 per fight which is small change when you break in to top 30 and thouroughly worth it as it increases your stats.

Just select the entrance effects on fight preperation, if you have enough choose the highest money effect and your entrance will look class. Also select entourage which is girls coming down to the ring with yu, you also get added stamina etc.
