Unfortunatly there is no world cupp on the game but you could try to make your own by going to custom tournaments
Ive never done it in fifa 08 but I didt with fifa 07.
Hope this helps a little.

You can`t but I got some instructions that might make ya happy

1)go to kick off

2)go to international

3)write down every team on international

4)choose some to be in the grop stage(don`t do quakifiyers because it takes to long) choose 16 to be in the group stages.

5)choose teams to go in each group

6)draw a table of fixtures and results

7) watch the matches then when you have watched them write the number of points every team had

8)do the tournamont quarter finals

9)simies

10)finals
Hope it helped that is what I done spain won mine beating brazil in the finals 6-4

There is no FIFA. There is only a world cup in games when a world cup is going on in real life. Every four years. In FIFA 2002 and FIFA 2006 there were world cups. I'm guessing there will be one in FIFA 2010. I hope.
