What is this SKILL BOOST they say you get if you export your time at the end of your managing career.


I don't know if anyone has posted this already, but you can start your manager mode career with any 5 star team you want. Say if you want Real Madrid. Before starting your manager mode go to Team Management and take off all Madrid's superstars and replace them with their worst substitutes. Save the game and then go start your manager mode. Madrid will be ranked something like a 3 star and you'll be able to start your career with them. After you pick them you can just go into the Team Management in your Career mode and put all their stars back in.
