You mean like an over head kick.... Well just time the shot right and double tap o when the ball is slightly behind you from a cross.

Unfortunately it is not something you can do by yourself. If your player has enough of a high status then he will do this automatically for you. To achieve it you need to send lobs and crosses into the box from the wings, and simply tap the shot button. Remember the harder you press the harder the shot. And it's called a bicycle kick
