You can not get these players unless you design and make them them. Unless there are some cheats that are currently not avaliable. Sorry I couldn't be much help.
I'm sorry but yu can't unlock these players but you may be able to create them.
You can't, but you can get other players in the fan shop.
Go to the fan shop and purchase the World XI teams and Classic Xi teams. Maradona does not exist in fifa 06 but pele does. Once you have bought these teams look at the squads. These teams are found in the world league. View the classic xi team squad and go down to the reserve players. Abedi Pele (Pele) will be there. Just put him in the starting eleven and play! If pele isnt in the Classic Xi team squad then check the world xi teams squad. But I'm pretty sure he is on the Classic Xi team. Trust me I'm not lying. Hope I could help
