No, you look for the alter (statues) with twins on it for the keys to let her sister out.
There's one at the beginning, and the other one by by this house.

If she's trapped in a prison then you have to go into the osaka house and go to the room were you got the camera. Check the wall with a small altar on it to do a puzzle. When you do it the wall opens.
