Use the “Spin Attack” to lower his health, then when the slow-motion kicks on, press the buttons that are shown onscreen in the order shown (it is a standard QTiime event) to defeat the Black Knight.
OK this is a boss battle - and ALL of the boss battles are EXACTLY the same. You weaken the opponent and then once they are weakened you do the patented This-Is-Hos-You-Fight-A-Boss-Hea-Spin-Attack - at which point the Quicktime Button Sequence is engaged. Simply - and very rapidly - hit each button as it appears on screen and voila! Battle won!
