Trying get past the stage where you have to kill all the bandits

I've been trying to pass a stage where you have to kill all the bandits and I got to this railyard and it won't let me go anyfurther until I have kill all the bandits but I can't find anymore I get on this one rail car and it has a door but it says it's stuck is there anyway to open it please let me know ?
