To get past the Library, you have to first go through the floor you came in and defeat all of the Demon Statues that each have a different colour gem in their forehead, which symbolize the different types of magic rings you can have. So if the statue has a red gem, use fire and you can auto kill it. If you don't have an attack ring with the colour gem the statue asks, you can still take it out, but it's a bit tougher since it'll come to life and attack you in turn. The first long hallway you come to after speaking to the character on the floor, there is are doors on your right and left, when you go in them, the room will have a deactivated elevator. You have to defeat all the statues in the rooms past it to reactivate it. Then go up the elevator and explore the second floor till you find a room with a single blue pedestal. Click on it to pull the switch. Repeat in the other room and the elevator leading downwards will appear so you can continue on past the Library. I hope this is what you were asking for, as it was a bit unspecific.

If you're talking about the warp point you use to get to the area you need in order to make rings, they're usually by a save point, and the first one is located right before you enter the worshiping area.
