Ok,
1. Go to the harbour
2. Get the inner-tube
3. Go to the Scumm Bar
4. Go to the drunken sailor then talk to him
5. He will mummble, the go to one of the dart players
6. Say "I bet you can't hit another one on the first shot"
7. He'll say "name it, and i'll hit it"
8. Say I bet you can't hit that balloon over there
9. After he hits it go and grab the pretzles
10. Put the inner-tube on the cactus near the mansion
11. Go to the pirate and give him the pretzels
12. He'll go off and eat them so now you can mess with the catapult controls
13. Aftter that he'll test it on the cactus and the boulder with fly back at the catapult and knock it off the cliff!
