Yes because you can't be Neo. To kill an agent use an explosive three times on him. That should kill him.

To kill and agent you can use the explosives or you can kick him off of a building.

You can kill agents temporarily by knocking them off high buildings, by blowing them up with grenades or grenade launchers or in the power plant level there is a weapon that drowns people in their own fluids and that means agents too. (By temporarily I mean they just come back in someone else's body later in the game/level.)

There are 3.5 ways

1.There is a weopon in the plant level that drowns people in their own fluids

2. Knock him off a building

3.Blow him up with grenades or a grenade launcher

3.5. Blow him up with grenades to make him fall off a building :-)
