I'm a bit rust at the game but I beleive when you climb up to the bancony where the enemies fall from the sky you have to ignore them.

Take out those charges you get earlier and place them on the top of the generator with the rotating axel thing, that look like its got a gear on it

The 3 anchors are actually one, but you know that big thing going all crazy and stuff you would have to shoot it until it blows up 3 times or just simply use 3 of any explosives.

(WARNING: While blowing them up take some cover or something especially at the 3rd blow.)

If you just keep shooting the enemies, the reactor will spin out of control.

It will blow up and open a passage at the nearby vent.

At the base of that spinning thing there are three thing sticking out. Those are the anchors.

Simply shoot the anchors a couple times to take them out.

Ok. look at the drill.

Now there will be three thick metal bars on the floor that go to the drill.

Shoot them one at a time then go to the vent the metal bars will be gone.

Throw a grenade in the large rotating gear thing then run away it will say run into a vent follow the arrow jump in focus and fall down the hole.

Throw grenades at the gear.
