Hey, how do you get the characters last weapons I have been been trying forever and I can't get it or them please answer fast!!!!!!!!!

To get them you have to level up the caracter when you are playing the game
As when you level op the caracter you should level up the whepon aswell depending on the amunt of enamys you kill
