Equip it and it starts you off the level on a horse.

I think it gives you extra mounted atack points I am not 100% certain though so if I'm mistaken then tell me.

Increased attack, Red Hare is speed, Elephant well self explanitory, Hew Mark is luck, and Shadow is no knocking off of horse.
