It's really just luck, I play Hei Fei (Wu forces) on hard and get alot of item boxes. Then just finish the level. I got alot of good items that way!

Level four orbs are like weapons, you have to do somethings on specific levels. I got the Vorpal with Dong Zhou on Hu Lao Gate, items it's good to play on hardest with Wu Zhang Plains, of course my highest is lvl 19 Attack.
