How do you get 2,3,4th weapons for all of the characters please ? Is there a cheat for it?

ANSWERS

Just play the game on hard with that character to get the 2nd and 3rd weapons. I don't Know how to get the others, sorry.

Note: this also works in Free mode.

2 and 3 weapons are on any setting, now for 4th weapons you follow the same steps as on regular DW3 and play on hard...

well naturally the same as the normal dynasty warriors 3 hard for 4th weapons and easy/medium (medium is better)for all the others however for hard there are certain things you have to do if you want the 4th weapons i will give you 2 easy examples to get you started dian wei on wan castle defeat hu che hur or whatever you spell it then it will say supply unit has been discovered it moves to jia xiu go there get the item and finish the level sun jian 3rd level (assault attack on liu biao) kill lu gong and it will say special item has been discovered get it finish the level then you have yourself some 4th weapons

the best way is to go on a fairly hard level (you ting is a good start) with a built up character with only thier 2nd weapon. by killing everyone as they appear, you should, at the end, get the 3rd weapon. try wei forces if wu doesnt yeild anything.
