How do yo unlock the safehouse and how do you get passed that bike race mission plz reply

To get the safe house you just have to beat all of the jobs in the first "level". To beat the bike guy just use a fast motorcycle like the chopper or the racing motorcycle. To get rid of the guys, thugs just simply shoot them with the shotgun.
