He has about 1800 HP but your party should all around level 30 mostly Angelo for Multiheal

The first time I beat him at lvl. 28, and the second time too.
But that could have been luck

buddy trust me to beat doulmagus you have to have goooood stuff i beat him at lvl 32 everydody at the least and the second time was all luck AAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLL LUCK

Depends on how good you are at the game, some people can do it at level 30 but some people think you have to be around level 37. Personally I think it is pretty easy to do it at about 30,31,32(Hero).

I just beat him with levels averaging at around level 28. Just devote 2 people to healing, jessica for support (magic barrier and oomph as examples). Then just wail on him with yangus. HOWEVER, before anything else, at the start of the second phase use your monster arena team to do a decent chunk of damage and take the hits for you.

I'm at level 23 right now doing ok against him on his second form. It's definitely hard. I'm moderately far in now but mana's becoming an issue, so I'd have to recommend a higher level.

Any one playing dragon quest in 2017 hahah I just beat him at level 26 and it was very hard the double monster team came in handy if you plan on beating him pretty low like I did I would think you would need that second team
