Is there another way to transform the magic mirror into the magical sun mirror? I killed the Sea Dragon earlier in the game. The Dark Ruins will not except the mirror unless the mirror is transform.
Also, how do you get into the Baccarat Casino?

To change the magic mirror into the sun mirror, put the sun mirror into on of your characters inventory. The on the first turn have that person use it as an item. Do that every turn until the sea dragon uses giga flash. There are several sea dragons in that area so it shouldn't take but one battle.
1) theres infinite sea dragons, just use the mirror in battle after the sea dragon uses gigaflash.
2) It opens after helping Cash and Carrie after you defeat both forms of Dhoulmagus.
There are infinite amounts of sea dragons.
Also to get into the Baccarat casino you have to go through a lot of towns and dungeons.
