I hate to break it to you but I don't thing gogeta ssj4 is a password character you see, In order to unlock ssj4 gogeta, you need to have completed the Dragon Ball GT Saga under Dragon history. Once you do that and unlock ssj4 Goku, you can either work for ssj4 Vegetable, or use a password, and then fuse them. I hope this helped.
