Question for Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3

I can't defeat Dr.Wheelo I special saga, "strongest in the world" he keep kicking piccolo or gohan until I die.I can't dodge or attack him/it!:( :p

First of try to loper his life with piccolo keep out of his neighborhood ki blast then demon wave when he comes closer with dragon burst do the Same win the fight and ki charge when he is in orange life change to gohan he is weaker then piccolo but do the Same keep away and masenko all the way don't ever try to grab dr wheelo he is to big that is it
